The Practice was established in 1960 by Teresa’s mother Doreen Pengelly and has been developed & run by Teresa Teasdale (HCPC registered MSSCh MBChA) from1989 to 2023. Our reception is open six days a week from 9 am to 5 pm but treatment can be arranged outside of these times by appointment.
Following Teresa’s death in 2023 after a 5 year battle with breast cancer, Rachel Liminton is now lead practitioner of the Well Being Centre working with 15 other consultant practitioners, she head a team of 4 HCPC registered chiropodist-podiatrists here, providing surgery based and visiting chiropody which encompasses……

Rachel Liminton, Wed, Thurs & Sat mornings, has been with us since 2010 and is a highly qualified former nurse who is a very capable, experienced & caring chiropodist. She heads our nail surgery team and says not hurting anyone during treatment is her main focus.
Tracy Mustoe, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thurs Just Nails clinic & Visiting, resigned the NHS to join us & is a highly qualified, former NHS lead chiropodist & mentor, with years of experience & is a member of Rachel’s nail surgery team along with Jacqui & Josh
Jacqui Benson, Monday Just Nails clinic, has over 25 years experience running her own practice in Plymouth, She is highly qualified, is HCPC registered & was selected by us to be the right caring, patient focused person who loves her clients & really looks after them
Josh Kew, Fridays, has many years experience running his own practice in Plymouth, He is highly qualified, has some new treatments to offer such as nail reconstruction, is HCPC reg & was selected by us to be the right patient focused chiropodist who values his clients
